Service Description

This service is a prerequisite to booking a tax appointment with Linda. During our appointment we will: -Make sure you have a tax prep packet -Chat about what documents you need to have for your appointment -Familiarize you with Taxdome and uploading your documents -Answer any basic questions you may have In the past, Linda would be happy to see you for 3+ hours. But times have changed as the business has grown. We want to provide you with a high quality service and we also want you to be able to come in for an hour only and leave with your taxes completed. This means you have to be prepared before you even get to see Linda face to face. Chatting with Amy prior to your appointment will help prepare you. *As a part of preparing for your tax appointment we require that we receive your documents 2 weeks before your appointment. You may: - upload documents to the secure online portal: Taxdome -mail your documents -deliver them in person If we don't have your documents 2 weeks before your appointment then your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled, depending on whether you communicate with us.
