Before you meet with Linda to do your taxes you must have a phone call with Amy. Go to the Book Now page and book a "preliminary tax prep" appointment.
Create a Login
We will send you an invitation to join Taxdome or if you've worked with us in the past you may already have a login.
Fill out Appropriate Forms
If you are a new client this step is especially important. Below you'll find 2 forms listed. One is for tax clients and one is for tax and business accounting.
Upload the Docs
Please use Taxdome to send us your tax documents. We prefer to get them at least a week beforehand.
Taxdome is a convenient and secure way to send personal information to us. It can also be used to sign your finished tax return.
Book with Linda
After your appointment with Amy and you've sent us your documents (either through Taxdome, by mail or handed them to us) then you are ready to book a tax appointment with Linda.
That $100 fee to book with her is to protect the company from no-shows. It is non-refundable. But if you show up and you file your taxes with us it will go towards your total bill.

Taxdome is a secure portal that is free (to you).
Email can be a risky choice when sharing sensitive personal information. When you choose to work with us we will set you up with your own Taxdome account where you can easily upload your tax documents and information.
Taxdome is user friendly and also allows you to view and sign your tax return when it is completed.
Taxdome has also just updated their mobile app which makes it even easier for you to view, upload and sign documents.
Due to high volume of appointments during tax season we are constantly improving our methods for getting your taxes done in a timely manner.
Documents may be: uploaded to Taxdome, mailed to us or delivered in person.
In order to stay on schedule we require clients to upload/send/deliver their tax documents 1-2 weeks before their appointment. If we do not receive their documents beforehand, then their appointment will be rescheduled.

This booklet is comprehensive. Don't panic at it's size, not everything will apply to you.
Just do your best and then send it to us through Taxdome.
If you're a new client with us we will also need a copy of the previous year's tax return.
Small Business Owners,
One Last Thing
If you do not currently use an accounting software you will need to create a spreadsheet of your income and expenses.
We can create that spreadsheet for you but it will cost an extra fee.
Either way- that spreadsheet will be needed before your appointment.
