Tax Appointment Preparation with Aubrey This service is required before booking a tax appointment with Linda. During your preparation appointment with Aubrey, we will: Make sure you have the correct Tax Preparation Packet. Review the documents needed to prepare your taxes. Familiarize you with Tax Dome, our secure client portal. Show you how to securely upload your documents. Answer basic questions about preparing for your tax appointment. Why Is This Required? As our firm has grown, we have improved our tax preparation process so we can continue providing high-quality and efficient service. Our goal is for your appointment with Linda to take approximately one hour and focus on reviewing your completed tax return, answering final questions, making necessary revisions, and completing the filing process. To accomplish this, you must be prepared before meeting with Linda. Your preparation appointment with Aubrey helps make sure everything is ready. Documents Are Due Two Weeks Before Your Appointment We must receive your tax documents at least two (2) weeks before your scheduled appointment with Linda. You may: Upload documents securely through Tax Dome — preferred. Mail documents to our office. Deliver documents to our office in person. Please do not email or text sensitive tax documents. If we do not receive the required documents at least two weeks before your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled. If you are having difficulty obtaining a document, please contact our office before the deadline. Remember: Your appointment with Linda is the final stage of the tax preparation process—not the beginning.
