Sometimes things have to be done in person on your computer. This is rare but it comes up. If you think this may be the case for you please feel free to book this appointment or reach out to us to confirm. The frustrating thing about taxes is that everyone's taxes are unique. That means that when you start asking questions it gets complicated and it seems like no one can give you a straight answer! There also may be disorganization, years where you never filed taxes, your accountant is over charging you or ignoring you. Yikes! We hear you. --Don't Worry-- Whether you have a pile of receipts or a nice spreadsheet, we can help. Taxes are what we do. We make it a priority to communicate clearly about what we do and to answer your questions. --Helpful Tip-- The best things you can do to make your taxes easier is to - keep track of your documents, keep track of your expenses, file electronically and/or hire a professional to help you. --The Fee-- The $300 to book the appointment is nonrefundable. That fee pays for the time invested in meeting with you. However, if you decide to work with us we are happy to put that towards your total fee of working with us. (Meaning the $300 is like a deposit if you decide to file your taxes with us). If you're concerned about price, please see our pricing structure at the top of the page. But please keep in mind that everyone's situation is unique. Pricing is flexible and operates on a sliding scale. Price is largely determined by the size and complexity of your business +Tax preparation is free with accounting services after 6 months! --What's Next?-- Book your appointment. Once you've booked your appointment you can start filling out our tax preparation packet. The packet is comprehensive covering everything from basics such as your full name to more complex subjects regarding your business (if you have one). Fill out what applies to you. We will be sending you an invitation to Taxdome. Taxdome is a secure and convenient way for us to share personal documents. Once your packet is filled out it can be uploaded to Taxdome along with pertinent documents we will need (such as W2's and a copy of your drivers license). Let us know if you have any questions.
