CLIENT SOFTWARE EDUCATION & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE RITBSINC understands that technology can sometimes be confusing. Our administrative team is available to help clients learn how to use the software and online systems necessary to communicate with our office, provide documents, schedule appointments, and prepare for accounting, payroll, or tax services. Software & Online Assistance Depending on your services, we can provide basic assistance with: TaxDome — logging in, uploading documents, completing questionnaires and organizers, signing documents, viewing invoices, and sending secure messages. RITBSINC Website/Wix Scheduling — selecting the correct service, scheduling appointments, reviewing confirmations, and understanding rescheduling or cancellation procedures. QuickBooks Online & Desktop — basic navigation, locating reports, providing accountant access, and understanding where accounting information is located. Xero — basic navigation, reports, document access, and accountant access. Gusto — basic assistance with payroll portal access, employee information, payroll documents, and reports. RingCentral — joining video meetings, accessing meeting links, and communicating with our office. Zoom — joining virtual appointments and basic meeting assistance. EFTPS and Government Portals — basic assistance locating and accessing systems used for federal, Washington State, and local reporting when applicable. Tax and Accounting Software — assistance understanding how information or documents should be provided to RITBSINC. Getting Prepared Our administrator can also help determine what documents you need before your accounting or tax preparation appointment and make sure you understand how to securely provide them. Please have your computer, tablet, or phone available during your software assistance appointment. For security, clients should enter their own passwords, verification codes, Social Security numbers, banking information, and other confidential credentials. Administrative software assistance does not include professional accounting, payroll, tax, or legal advice.
