Our goal is to help you maintain accurate, organized financial records and better understand the financial condition of your organization. Whether you need ongoing accounting, bookkeeping cleanup, payroll support, financial reporting, or assistance correcting accounting problems, our team can review your needs and recommend the appropriate services. ACCOUNTING & BOOKKEEPING We can assist with: Monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping Recording and categorizing financial transactions Bank and credit card reconciliations General ledger review and maintenance Accounts payable and accounts receivable Journal and adjusting entries Bookkeeping cleanup and catch-up Correcting accounting discrepancies Month-end and year-end accounting Organizing financial records SOFTWARE & FINANCIAL REPORTING RITBSINC works with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Xero. We can assist with accounting system setup, Chart of Accounts, bank feeds, transaction classifications, reconciliations, and correcting existing records. We can prepare and review Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, General Ledgers, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Reports, Bank Reconciliation Reports, and other management reports. PAYROLL ACCOUNTING We also provide payroll accounting assistance through QuickBooks Payroll and Gusto, including payroll processing, employee setup, reconciliations, payroll liabilities, deductions, and employer expenses. During your meeting, we will review your current accounting system, financial records, payroll, and any areas requiring attention.
