Linda may also have questions for you so that we can better understand your needs and determine the appropriate next steps. During your consultation, we may discuss: Your accounting or bookkeeping needs Business operations and financial concerns Payroll questions or setup Tax preparation and filing concerns QuickBooks, Xero, Tax Dome, Gusto, or other software you use Business organization and recordkeeping Documents or information RITBSINC may need from you Current problems or concerns requiring attention Services RITBSINC may be able to provide Recommended next steps Meeting Options We want meeting with us to be convenient. You may choose: In Person: Meet with us at our downtown Tacoma office. RingCentral Video Meeting: Meet with us securely by video from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. RingCentral Phone Meeting: When appropriate, we can also discuss your questions and information by phone. Before Your Meeting Please provide as much information as possible when scheduling your appointment. The more we know about your situation before the meeting, the better prepared we can be to assist you. If documents are relevant to your questions, please upload them securely through your TaxDome client portal before your appointment. For your protection, please do not email or text sensitive financial information, Social Security numbers, banking information, passwords, or credit/debit card information.
